Privacy Policy

We collect the following types of information when you use our site or make a purchase:

• Account Information: Name, email address, password (hashed), and profile preferences when you create an account.
• Order Information: Shipping address, billing address, payment method type (not card numbers), and order history.
• Contact details you enter on the site: Your email address and phone number are saved as you type them into a form on this site (for example at checkout, in a signup or restock-alert box, on the sign-in page or in a contact form), even if you do not finish or submit that form. At checkout, the items in your cart and — once you continue to the payment step — your name and your text-message choices are saved with them. A phone number you enter is not subscribed to marketing texts unless you opt in (see section 6).
• Usage Data: Pages visited, products viewed, items added to your cart, time on site, referring URLs, browser type, and device information (collected automatically).
• Communications: Emails, support messages, and newsletter subscriptions.
• Affiliate/Partner Data: Referral codes, clicks, conversions, and commission tracking if you participate in our affiliate program.

EVO Labs Research does not directly collect or store credit/debit card information. All payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. We accept major credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and pay-by-bank. Payment method details you provide are used solely to process your payment.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with:

• Shipping providers (USPS, FedEx) — for order fulfillment
• Payment processors — to process your payment
• Package protection provider — only for orders placed on or before October 14, 2026 that included third-party package protection
• Email and text-message service providers (including Omnisend, SendGrid, Twilio and Sendblue) — to send order messages, reminders and, where you have opted in, marketing messages
• Analytics, error-monitoring and attribution providers — to understand how the site is used, keep it working and measure our marketing. Some of this information is linked to your email address or your orders.
• Advertising partners (such as Meta, TikTok, Google and Snapchat) — to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who may be interested. They receive information about your visit and purchases, together with identifiers that let them match it to their own users (see section 5).
• Legal authorities — when required by law

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

• Keeping you logged in (session cookies)
• Remembering your shopping cart
• Affiliate tracking (30-day referral window via evo_ref cookie)
• Analytics and performance monitoring
• Advertising measurement: tags and server-side connections from advertising platforms (such as Meta, TikTok, Google and Snapchat) record visits, cart activity and purchases so that we can measure and improve our ads
• Recognizing you on later visits: when you give us your email address (newsletter signup, checkout or account sign-in), enter it in a form on this site, or open a link in one of our emails or texts, we store a first-party cookie (evo_contact) in your browser so that product pages you view and items you add to your cart on a later visit can be linked to that email address. We use this to send reminders about products you viewed or left in your cart — by email, and by text message only if you have opted in to texts. A link in one of those reminders can also put the items you left back in your cart on the device you open it on. The cookie lasts up to 13 months and is not used for visitors located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. Signing out or clearing your cookies removes it, and you can stop the reminders at any time by unsubscribing.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.

By opting in to SMS at checkout or via our newsletter signup, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from EVO Labs Research at the phone number provided. These messages may include order confirmations, shipping updates, promotional offers, and product announcements.

• Message frequency varies.

• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely by EVO Labs Research and our SMS service providers (Omnisend, Twilio and Sendblue) for the purposes described above.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Order records are retained for 7 years for legal/tax compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Data portability (export your data)

EVO Labs Research does not sell to or knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age. Our products are intended for qualified research use only by adults. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, hashed passwords, and restricted access to personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
